    Butter Squash Mochi Cake (糯米南瓜饼) is a Chinese desert serving when its warm. The original receipt needs a lot oil to pan fry it, it is chewy and sweet, but greasy!

    Use AirGO airfry function can save a mount of oil and not make mess in the kitchen, it comes with benefit of healthy and tasty, you should give it a try.

    I used coconut flakes to cove the mochi cake, you can use toasted white sesame seeds instead.

    Prepare Ingredents

    - Chopped butter squash to small piece and steam for 15mins
    - Puree butter squash mix with sweet rice flour and sugar
    - Knead the dough for well mixed, divide to 6 piece and gently flat them.
    - Cover with coconut flakes.

    Preheat

    - Preheat Air fry function for 400F and 10mins
    - After preheat, spray oil on the bottom add prepared dough in to the pan
    - Spray some oil on top of the dough.
    - Cover the lid flip them about half of the time.
    - Serving with maple syrup or condensed milk
