1 medium head cauliflower
1 pack extra-firm tofu
1 tbs Dark soy sauce
1 tbs Soy Sauce
1 tbs Cooking wine
2 tsp Sugar
2-3 Dry Chili
1 Bell Pepper
3 piece Ginger sliced
1 tsp Szechuan Pepper Corn
2 clove garlic
1 tbs Vegetable Oil

    Tofu cauliflower pot is a simple and easy vegetarian receipt cooked with AirGO.

    Prepare ingredients

    - Clean and drain cauliflower, and cut to bite-sized
    - Cut bell pepper to bite-sized
    - Slice tofu to bite-sized
    - Mix dark soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine and sugar into seasoning sauce, and set aside
    - Break dry chili into small pieces, sliced ginger and garlic

    Cook with AirGO

    - Start AirGO to grill function for 30 minutes at 400F
    - Coat pan bottom with oil
    - Preheat
    - Add and mix tofu, Cauliflower, dry chili, ginger and garlic into cooking pan, and grill for 20 minutes
    - Add the mixed sauce and bell into pan, mix well and cook until times up.
