Directions
An Asian eggplants dish usually ends up with a lot of oil and grease, so is in a western eggplants dish, which usually is cooked with oil and cheese as well. Herewith AirGO grill function will bring you a healthy version of grill eggplants with great taste, subtracting a lot of the added fat!

Prepare ingredients-4 pcs Chinese Eggplants, cut into chunks Set aside ready for use |

Cooking with AirGO-Set AirGO to Grill function at 420F for 14mins. Line with parchment paper. -After preheat, brush about 1 tbs oil on the parchment paper in the pan. -Add eggplants, white part of green onion and garlic in the pan -Spray about 1/2 tbs oil on top of eggplants. -Cooking until LED shows “FLIP” -Add 1 tsp of sweet bean paste, 1/2 tsp of sugar, pinch of salt -Mix all ingredients with eggplants, close the lid -Cook until times up! -Garnish green part of green onion before serving. |
