Directions
It’s the season for shrimps! If you can find fresh/live shrimps in seafood market, you must try this receipt. It’s simple and delicious.

Prepare ingredients-Clean and cut the antennae, antennules and legs off the shrimps -Chop 4 cloves garlics, gingers, green onions (green and white part), quarter of bell pepper for garnish, 1 tsp of Szechuan peppercorn -Cut dry Thai chili or chili flakes |

Cooking with AirGO-Set AirGO to grill function 420F for 4mins, line a parchment paper in the pan. -Add some oil, pinch of salt, garlics, gingers, green onions (white), quarter of bell pepper for garnish, 1 tsp of Szechuan peppercorn and dry Thai chili or chili flakes in the pan, mix all together -Close the lid and cook all of above while AirGO is preheating. -Wait until the preheating is completed. -Add fresh shrimps in the pan, mixing with all the cooked seasonings. -Cooking until time's up. -Add 1 tsp of oyster sauce and 1/2 tsp of sugar with 1/2 tsp of soy sauce and green onion (green) in the pan, then use the remaining heat to mix all flavor together. -Remove from the pan and serve. |
