1 large size Sweet Onion
9 oz carrots
10 oz Potatoes
1 tbs Oil
S&B 4cubes (6 serving) Curry Paste
5 cups Chicken bone broth
garnish Black Sesame Seeds
garnish Sweet Pickled Ginger

    AirGO curry chicken thighs are the simplest and delicious dish when you don’t have time to cook your meal. This receipt has 6 servings. I used S&B mild curry mix for your reference. You can find it in grocery store Asiana food aisles.

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Remove bone from the chicken thighs, cut into small cube size (you can use boneless, skinless chicken thighs as well)
    - Chop carrots, potato and onions, set aside for use later.

    Cooking with AirGO (Grill)

    - Set AirGO grill function to 400 F about 8 mins
    - After preheating, add 1 tbs of oil in the pan, then mix in with chicken and onion. (if you use boneless and skinless chicken thighs, you can add another half table spoon of oil)
    - Stirring when the LED shows "FLIP" and then close the led until it done.

    Cooking with AirGO (Baseheat)

    - After last step, change AirGO baseheat function to 420F about 30mins.
    - Add carrots, potatoes, curry paste and 5 cups of chicken bone broth.
    - Stirring couple time during cooking, cooking until times up.
    - Add more salt if necessary, serving with rice, garnish sesame seeds and sweet pickled ginger for your reference.
