爱锅干煸杏鲍菇

    — 两磅杏鲍菇洗净,沥干,切丝,备用

    — 肉丝4oz 用盐,淀粉,料酒拌匀腌制

    — 爱锅设置空气炸功能400度,20分钟,垫上烘焙纸。

    — 预热结束以后,锅内刷一层底油,把杏鲍菇均匀的铺入锅内,再均匀的撒入一大勺油

    — 等到爱锅提示翻面时,稍微翻炒一下。把杏鲍菇拨到锅的四周,再把腌好的肉丝平铺在中间。撒上干辣椒,盐和糖,盖上盖子

    — 在还剩下两分钟的时候,开盖,加入葱花和生抽。翻版均匀,盖好盖子直至烹饪时间结束。
