3-4 packs Silk soft tofu

1/2 tsp Szechuan Pepper Corn Powder

1/2 cup Ground Pork

1 tsp for marinate pork Dark soy sauce

1 tsp for marinate pork Cooking wine

Pinch of salt for marinate pork Salt

1 tsp for marinate pork Sugar

2 cloves Minced Garlic

1 tbs Dark soy sauce

1 tbs Soy Sauce

Green part about 1 tbs Green Onion

2 tbs of cornstarch mixing with 1/3 cup water Water cornstarch

1 tbs Chili flakes

2 tsp for cooking Oil

2 tbs for heat up pour on the tofu Oil
Directions
This is not a typical ma-po tofu recipe. It is not too spicy and it could be kids friendly before you put more chilies in the dish to your taste. I used to take couple spoon of tofu in a bowl for my kid before adding more chilies.
The original recipe used chili bean paste as a basic spicy ingredients.
To make it as a vegetarian dish, you can substitute the ground meat with diced shiitake mushrooms.
