Ingredients

2 pc Weakfish ( san ya yu)
6pcs Ginger sliced
3 stalks Green Onion
3 pcs Dry Chili
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp for marinate fish Cooking wine
1/4 tsp for marinate fish Himalayan Salt
1 tbs Avocado oil
1 tbs Coconut Aminos

    Weakfish is similar to yellow croaker, but not too much small fish bones and more meat. It is very easy to eat. Using AirGO to cook this makes it easier. you can find frozen weakfish in the Asian market.

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Thaw out weakfish, marinate with salt, and cooking wine (keto)
    - Slice gingers and garlic
    - Chop green onions and dry chilis

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set AirGO Grill function about 420F for 15 mins with lined parchment paper. use a paper towel to remove extra water from fish before cooking.
    - After preheating, brush some oil on the parchment paper. place fish in the pan, add garlic, green onion, gingers, and dry chili in the pan, drizzle some oil on the top of fish, cook until shows FLIP.
    - Open the lid drizzle coconuts aminos on the fish and flip if you can ( optional)
    - Cook until times up.
