1 pk SU JEE
1 tbs Dark soy sauce
2 tbs Soy Sauce
2 tbs Sugar
1 clove Star Anise
half stick Cinnamon stick
1 tbs Cooking wine
1/4 cup Warm water
garnish Green Onion
Oil spray
couple Ginger sliced

    It is a vegetarian dish made by tofu. its more like steam bean curd roll, a product made by soy bean. You can find in Chinese grocery store tofu section. Some of pack named ” Vegetarian soy bars”

    The Chinese name is ” SU JEE” which means vegetarian chicken. SU JEE contains water. When you cook it on the stovetop, the oil splattered everywhere and make a big mess in the kitchen. So, whenever a dish need to pre- fry first, AirGO is the best choice.

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Cut SU JEE into thick pieces, use kitchen towel to absorb extra water.
    - Mix sauce by using dark soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar, warm water, cooking wine, star anise and cinnamon stick.

    Preheat

    - Preheat AirGO airfry 400F for 10 mins.
    - Place parchment paper in the pan and spray some oil on the bottom
    - Lay SUJEE in the pan evenly and spray oil on top of SUJEE
    - Cover the lid to fry it, and flip about half of the time.
    - Once it done, remove the parchment paper.
    - Change the AirGO function to "Base Heat" 380F
    - Add ginger and mixed sauce in to the pan, cook until water fully absorbed. (do not close the lid)
    - Garnish some Green Onion before serving
