1 lb Lamb leg
4 or 5 Green bell pepper you can use any pepper
2 tbs, divide for 1+1 Avocado oil
1 tsp Cumin powder
1/4 tsp himalayan pink salt
2-3 Dry Chili

Costco has a very good deal on the lamb leg, I always buy a big portion and divided it into a small portion when we creating for lamb or red meat dishes. Cooking with AirGO makes it a lot easy and the kitchen is a lot cleaner.

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Trim lamb; cut across the grain about 1/8 inch thick slices. Cut slices into 1 1/2 inch x 1-inch pieces.
    - Place in a bowl with salt, cumin powder, and 1 tbs of oil for the Lamb Marinade. Toss lightly;
    - let marinate for 30 minutes.
    - Clean the leeks, and Cut leeks into big chunks, and separate green and white.
    - Slice pepper

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set up AirGO grill function for 420F 10 mins
    - After preheat, add 1 tbs of oil and the white part of the leeks to the pan.
    - Close the lid and let it grill for 5 mins, flip if the bottom side turns to a golden brown.
    - Transfer the leek to a plate, then place lamb in the pan evenly.
    - After the times up, add cooked leek, green part of the leek, and pepper in the pan.
    - Stir well, and add more salt if needed.
    - Close the lid, press"start" cook for another 3 mins
