1 tbs Avocado oil
1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt

    Pepper grilled with Fish sliced. It’s a great dinner recipe for anyone intimidated by cooking a whole fish and prefers to work with fillets. I used freshly caught blackfish fillets with the skin on—a more common Chinese preparation—but you can use any firm white fish.

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Slice the fish evenly
    - Marinate the fish with white pepper powder and pinch of salt
    - Slice ginger and garlic
    - Cut pepper into pieces

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set AirGO grill function for 400F for about 12 mins with lined parchment paper.
    - After preheat, add oil, salt, ginger, garlic, and pepper to the pan
    - Cook until LED shows FLIP
    - Give a stir for vegs, and line the fish in the pan evenly.
    - Cook until times up, if the fish is not a completely solid color, you can leave the lid on for another couple of minutes with the remaining heat.
