Directions
Teppanyaki Pork Tenderloin is a popular food these days. Usually sale on the street, couple slice of tenderloin, lettuce, or some tomato, its like Chinese version of burger.
Recreate this food with AirGO which was not in my intention. I started with cast iron pan, but the oil start to splitting everywhere when I put each slice of tenderloin in the pan. therefore, I gave up, and transferring to AirGO. It was surprise me how fast the meat was done. Very tender and juicy! So, its worth to try.
I also used AirGO to bake my buns go with tenderloin, basically, AirGO become my daily kitchen appliance for meals.
