      Prepare ingredients

      - Slice pork belly about 0.5cm thick.
      - Cut garlic, green onion, and cilantro into big pieces
      - Add all the ingredients together, wear kitchen gloves and mix all well for better taste.

      - Set up AirGO grill function for 420F 10mins
      - After preheating, place pork belly (without green onion, cilantro, and garlic) in the pan evenly.
      - Grill until shows FLIP, flip over, or until it turns to a golden brown.
